Procurement Receiving Administrator

Status: Full Time / Permanent Location: Mississauga, ON

We are seeking a dedicated and engaging individual who is ready and willing to challenge themselves by utilizing their unique collection of knowledge, skills and experience in new ways in the following capacity:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Investigate and resolve all short shipments, receiving errors, over-shipments coming in from Suppliers to our Central Warehouse, engaging appropriate stakeholders (i.e. suppliers, branches, Central Warehouse) as required.
  • Regularly review the CB Non-stock Inventory Report, reconciling items with respective customer orders; address, resolve or escalate inconsistencies appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Regularly review the Backorder Report to identify and resolve overdue and not-on-order inventory items; work in collaboration with the Expeditor to ensure these items are addressed appropriately, engaging relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide backup for the Procurement Team.
  • Other duties and / or projects as may be required.

  • Post-Secondary education or equivalent working experience in a related field
  • MRO Industry and/or warehouse experience
  • Prior Purchasing/Customer Service experience
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Basic mathematical aptitude

  • Active listening
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization and time management
